This policy is specific to Egg vs Stairs and does not replace the separate privacy policy used for Word Quest: Find the Word.

1. Overview

DDoVi Studio develops and publishes Egg vs Stairs, a mobile game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be stored or processed when you use the game, optional advertising features, and purchases made through Google Play.

2. No account required

Egg vs Stairs does not require users to create a DDoVi Studio account, sign in, provide an email address, upload content, use chat, or communicate with other players. The game does not operate a custom user-account server.

3. Data stored locally on your device

The game may save gameplay information locally, including:

DDoVi Studio does not receive this local gameplay data through a custom server. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game generally removes locally stored data, subject to Android backup behavior and any entitlements restored by Google Play.

4. Rewarded advertising and Google Mobile Ads

The production version of Egg vs Stairs may offer voluntary rewarded advertisements. A rewarded ad is requested only after the user chooses a clearly presented ad option, such as an eligible revive or another identified in-game reward. A reward is granted only after the advertising SDK reports that the required viewing condition was completed.

Google Mobile Ads and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, ad interactions, diagnostics, and app or device information. These services may use the information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and service delivery.

Development and testing builds may use Google's official test advertisements or registered test devices instead of production advertisements.

5. Consent and privacy choices

Where required by law, the game uses Google's User Messaging Platform or equivalent Google consent controls to request and manage advertising consent before requesting ads. Users in applicable regions may be able to revisit privacy choices from a Privacy Options control in the game's Settings screen when that control is required and available.

Advertising availability may differ depending on region, consent status, internet connection and whether an ad is available. The core game can be played without choosing to watch a rewarded ad.

6. Google Play Billing and in-app purchases

Optional digital purchases, such as diamond packs or an implemented one-time Starter Pack, are processed by Google Play. DDoVi Studio does not receive your full payment-card details. Google may provide the app with information needed to complete or restore a purchase, such as product identifiers, purchase status and purchase tokens.

Consumable products may be used again only through a new purchase. Eligible non-consumable entitlements may be restored through Google Play. Purchase handling is subject to Google Play's terms, payment systems and refund processes.

7. Internet access

Most gameplay is designed to work locally. Internet access is required for optional ads, Google Play purchases, restoration of eligible purchases, store verification and some platform services.

8. Third-party services

Egg vs Stairs may use services provided by Google, including:

Each third-party provider processes data according to its own policies. Google Play Games, Firebase Analytics, crash reporting or other services are not represented here as active features unless they are included in the released build. This policy will be updated if additional services are introduced.

9. Data sharing

DDoVi Studio does not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared by Google and its partners as necessary to provide ads, purchases, fraud prevention, security, diagnostics and platform functionality, subject to user choices and applicable law.

10. Data retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on the device until it is removed through the game, Android app settings, clearing app data or uninstalling the game. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's applicable policies and legal obligations.

Because Egg vs Stairs does not currently maintain a custom account database, DDoVi Studio generally has no remote gameplay account to delete. Privacy questions can be sent to the support address below.

11. Children and target audience

Egg vs Stairs is a general-audience game and is not specifically designed or marketed to children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise minors' use of advertising and in-app purchase features. The game's Play Store target-audience settings and advertising configuration will be maintained consistently with applicable Google Play requirements.

12. Security

DDoVi Studio uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the game. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

13. International and regional rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion of personal information. Requests concerning information controlled by DDoVi Studio may be sent to the support email below. Requests about Google services may need to be directed to Google.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when game features, SDKs, legal requirements or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
